I got the Platinum Hydrafacial as a gift. I had never had a facial before so I didn't know what to expect. It began with a facial lymphatic drainage which was really interesting. I have seasonal allergies and this treatment helped drain out all the congestion I had in my sinuses. My face looked and felt less puffy. The rest of the facial was a dream. So relaxing.
